Lonely Kite is a production house that specialises in creating compelling stories, founded by producer/director Cameron Richards.

Currently on the slate is a range of unique films, including THE GENERATORS (dir. Georgie Cowan-Turner) and VISIBLE: TRUK UNITED (dir. Cameron Richards & Charlie Tidmas), both supported by BFI Network.

Cameron has a proven track record in creating powerful and impactful films for creative and commercial partners, working with clients such as Coca-Cola, Snap and the Pret Foundation. His previous film THE SEA starred Anna Friel & Russell Tovey and played at Oscar/BAFTA qualifying festivals worldwide. It was released in association with Alzheimer’s Research UK to raise awareness of their vital work.

In addition to Lonely Kite work, he completed a Script Development diploma with the world renowned

National Film & Television School in 2022 and is a Development Executive at Anna Friel’s production company, WonderWell Productions.
